If you'd like to stop drinking
crappy coffee and you're ready for the real thing, this is where you can start.
My main supplier of green coffee is
SweetMarias.com (their cupping/tasting notes
are included below along with my preparation recommendations).
Here's what I have in stock (updated 16 Apr 08):
Single Origin Offerings:
- Brazil Coromandel:
Floral aromas, nut to chocolate roast tone with honey, aromatic wood, root
beer. Try this one as non-espresso by pretty much any type of
preparation, or as part of an espresso blend.
- Colombian Supremo:
Sweetly fruited from fragrance through
aftertaste, plum, slightly Kenya-like wine note. Great for drip
coffee makers.
- Ethiopian Harrar Horse:
Spice and fruit (mango, berry),
candy-like sweetness, milk chocolate, silky body, moderate acidity.
Makes a pretty mean Aeropress cup or press pot
- Ethiopian
Yirgacheffe: A bright, citrus cup with lime, kumquat,
nutmeg, medium body. This one is good in a press or drip.
- India Monsooned
Malabar "Elephant": Back by popular demand. Low
acidity, lots of body, caramel, roasted nuts, pipe tobacco, earth.
Great as drip, pour-over, press or Aeropress.
- Sumatra "Tarbarita"
Peaberry: A bright Sumatra cup with rustic sweetness, plum,
cardamom, clove, syrupy mouthfeel. This is best used as an Aeropress
or press pot coffee. Also good as pour-over or drip.

Here's how to order:
Click on the "Order Coffee" link
below and let me know what you'd like.

This is an extremely low-profit organization at this time and coffee is only
